A selection of the series Recollection I and II were included in a three-person exhibition Déjà, Déjà Visitée, at the Agnes Etherington Art Centre in 2013. The work explores landscape though the lens of travel and tourism drawing on memories from my own travel experiences and from scenic puzzle photographs purchased from thrift stores. Each knitted work recalls specific places using texture and colour whereas the puzzles are mass-produced images selected for the reference to typical tourist snapshots.
